What are the timings of the tours?

The tour departs at 10am (Morning Chinatown Trolley Tour) and 2pm from Monday to Saturday (Afternoon Little India Trolley Tour) daily. Additional tours may be added depending on demand. Please check with our crew onsite for latest timings.

Where do the Trolley Tours depart from?

The boarding point of the Classic Trolley Tours is at Suntec Tourist Hub (#01-330). We strongly recommend that visitors check in at least 30 minutes prior to tour time.

Is the Trolley air-conditioned?

Yes and no! The trademark Trolley vehicle includes both air-conditioned and open-air sections – a truly special feature that befits this unique tour. For a scenic view or great photo opportunities, feel free to lounge on the outside. In between on-foot segments of the tour, guests can seek respite from the heat within the carriage.

What happens if it rains?

The Classic Trolley Tours are rain or shine programmes, which means we will proceed as planned in the event of rain. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring an umbrella for the tours. Otherwise, ponchos are available for sale at our Hub.

Is this a sit-in coach tour?

No. More than just a sit-in coach tour, you’ll not only get to move around in this specially-themed vehicle, more importantly, you’ll be exploring the grounds on foot. Expect to get up close to the iconic architectural marvels and sample the ethnic delicacies Singapore is famous for. You will spend an equal amount of time on board and outdoors.

Will we get to walk off on our own?

This is a 3-hour fully guided tour, meaning your guide will be there with you every step of the way to offer in-depth explanations of the attractions, answer your questions and be your photographer for the day. He/she is also there to ensure that guests do not get lost in the ethnic quarters as the area may be difficult for tourists to navigate. If you wish to leave the tour group and move off on your own, it is done with the understanding that you’ll be forfeiting the rest of the tour without any refund.

Can I just hop on?

Can I change my tour date after booking is made?

Sure! We are happy to change your tour date (after booking has been made) but please note that due to limited capacity, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
